exploring movement of cycles in the city. 

being a cyclist in new delhi for about 15 years, i cannot help noticing the pressures of cycling in the city. being held on the extreme left with a third eye at the back, the pleasure of cycling gets burdened with thoughts of a nudge, push or crash on the periphery of speeding traffic...

lack of dedicated cycle tracks, absence of cycle parking in elite neighborhood/institutions, attachment of financially backward status on cyclists.. and at the receiving end of irate motorists venting out road rage  

cycle becomes the only means of livelihood for a majority of people in the city. it becomes more than a means of conveyance from one part of the city to the other...
